Mandala Exhibit in Monte Verita Switzerland

At Monte Verita ("Mount Truth") in Switzerland, a Mandala Exhibit was held from November 14 until December 2, 2004. Seventy six Mandala's were displayed and over 200 people attended the exhibit in the first day! Over 600 people attended this exhibit overall!. Many of them were able to experience writing their own Mandala's.

United Nations International Decade Of Water

Regardless of who we are, where we live, or what we do, we are all dependent on water. We depend on water everyday in order to remain healthy, grow our food supplies, as well as for transportation, irrigation and industry. We need it to sustain the animals, wildlife, plants, and forests of our precious earth. However, despite the significance of water resources in our every day life, we are increasingly disrespectful towards it. We abuse, waste, and pollute our waters, forgetting how essential water is our very survival.

Mandala Peace Arts is supportive of the United Nations initiative to protect and preserve the freshwater resources of the world. In 2003 we created Mandala's in gratitude to water. At the present time, there are seven, two meter size Mandalas traveling around the world whereupon many people have been writing their words of gratitude. These will be presented to the United Nations for display upon their completion.

United Nations Year Of Rice 2004

The United Nations has dedicated 2004 as the Year Of Rice. "...rice is a food - but more than a food. It is society, culture, politics, business, the beauty of the landscape, people in their communities. In short, rice is life." Therefore, Mandala Peace Arts invites you to recognize and to appreciate Rice by creating a Mandala with thoughts of gratitude to Rice!

Mandala's For Museum Display

Mandala Peace Arts is currently working on a project to create an extraordinary, one meter size Mandala for display in museums around the world entitled, "Thank you Dear Earth." It will consist of 70 circles written in a variety of colors and will be inscribed with words of gratitude for nature, air, sun, animals, plants and all life. The first display will be in a museum in Japan beginning April, 2004.

Adult Programs and Seminar's

Mandala Peace Arts will voluntarily visit and assist your group in creating their own Mandala's. This is a wonderful way to connect your group's own creative abilities with their energy of gratitude to Nature! The individuals in your group may select what and how they wish to create these Mandala's. The completed Mandala becomes a positive creation that forever flows in harmony with the energy of nature, and each individual will experience personal satisfaction in their contribution.

We will provide the paper and supplies needed to complete this project at no cost.
